I should also note there is no backbone, no infrastructure, no IT guy who manages a network that I don’t have – believe me all of these things have come up.

The pat answer is to have the network administrator reset the password and ID. But I guess I am the network administrator. It’s just me – no big company and so none of those answers apply.

So what do I do? How do I turn off this requirement and gain access to my system? By the way, I also reset my WDMycloud just for the heck of it – rolled it back to factory settings but that too did nothing, and on my little “network” the cloud drive is not password protected anyway.

Oh, and one more thing. This problem only relates to my PC. I can access everything from my windows 10 ultrabook just fine. For WDMycloud anyway to try something similar?
